Data Management Services
RAE Engineering provides a comprehensive equipment data management service to Owner Inspection Program clients and currently manages over 70,000 vessels, tanks, PSVs and pipelines with “REMS”, the RAE Equipment Management System database.
The RAE Equipment Management Database (REMS) is a custom-developed database with over 20 years of proven reliability in asset management. It is the result of many years of tracking vessel static data, PSV data, inspection results, inspection history, and inventory. REMS provides an asset integrity management program that ensures audits are smooth.
All data and reports are fully exportable to Excel. The most frequently requested reports are available on the Web version of REMS. Complete information is available on the main REMS database and is available to our clients upon request. With dedicated IT support, we are able to handle requests quickly.
Clients can access their data directly through the RAE Engineering website (click here to log in).
The database contains modules and elements covering:
- Vessel, Tank & PSV static data
- Pipeline static, licensing and operational data
- Inspection results and history
- Inventory
- Action & Non-conformance reports
- Due for inspection reports
- Failure monitoring
Integrity Assessments
Remaining Life Assessment
Assessing the condition and remaining life of industrial plants that operate at high temperature and high pressure becomes more critical as the plant ages. Remaining Life Assessment will guide plant owners and operators towards proper maintenance and replacement programs and avoid forced outages.
RAE Engineering utilizes a wide range of tools in assessing the remaining life of high temperature, high pressure plants, such as steam generators and refinery equipment.
