- Company Safety Meeting Presentation: deadline: two weeks following the Company Safety Meeting
- It is mandatory to review the Company Safety Meeting on SiteDocs and sign-off that you have done so. If the deadline has passed – you missed it but are still expected to review and sign-off the presentation in SiteDocs.
- 2025 Emergency Response Drills: All staff are required to sign-off for their assigned branch(es)
- H&S Bulletin: Answer due by 8am last Friday of the month

- Health and Safety Committee: Next Meeting: usually Thurs before last Fri of the month
- If you can’t join the HSC meetings, you can still participate by providing feedback, questions, or concerns to hsc@raeengineering.ca. Please submit feedback prior to the next meeting so it can be brought forward.
- The HSC meets the last Thursday of each month at 1pm via Teams

- Wildfire Resources: The Alberta Wildfire website has information about current fire restrictions and fire bans, while Alberta's Wildfire Status Dashboard provides a map of the current locations of wildfires, including information on which fires are out of control. Information on road closures is available via 511 Alberta, and a smoke forecast map is available at firesmoke.ca/forecasts/current.
- Emergency Preparedness Week: May 4-10: To learn about OHS legal requirements and other information related to workplace emergency planning, see the emergency response planning toolkit on the OHS Resource Portal and its accompanying eLearning resource. More information on EP Week, along with EP Week resources to share in your workplace, can be found on Alberta’s EP Week webpage.
- Latest annual industry sector Potential Serious Incidents (PSI) reports now available
- Young Worker Resources: A number of OHS resources are available for young workers to learn how to stay healthy and safe; tip sheets are also available for parents and employers. To access these resources, visit the young worker category on the OHS Resource Portal. An eLearning resource containing several fun quizzes also includes a quiz for young workers.
- Canadian Mental Health Week: 5-11: Several relevant resources are available on the OHS Resource Portal, including videos, bulletins, posters and postcards relating to psychosocial hazards and workplace mental health. To access these resources, visit the psychosocial hazards category on the OHS Resource Portal.
