Audiometric Testing
- Be advised that RAE is updating our Audiometric Testing Procedure as follows:
- Employees who have an indication of possible hearing loss and/or a significant threshold shift in their audiometric tests should re-book another audiometric test after 30 days to confirm the results. This change is to ensure consistency throughout our offices and align with Alberta OHS Code and CSA Standards.
- If your audiometric test results include an Indication of Possible Hearing Loss and/or Significant Threshold Shift (STS), please re-book another test.
- These additional tests will be paid by RAE as with usual testing, there will be no cost to employees.
