• Company Safety Meeting Presentation:   due Fri 10 February 2023
  • If you have not already done so by the deadline, please review the attached Company Safety Meeting on SiteDocs to indicate you have reviewed it. If the deadline has passed – you missed it.

• January H&S Bulletin: Answer due by 8am Friday 24 February 2023
  • See attached: February 2023 Health and Safety Bulletin
• Health and Safety Committee: Next Meeting: Thursday 23 February 2023 at 1pm
  • If you can’t join the HSC meetings,  you can still participate by providing feedback, questions, or concerns to hsc@raeengineering.ca. Please submit feedback prior to the next meeting so it can be brought forward.
  • The HSC meets the last Thursday of each month at 1pm via Teams
  • HSC Meeting Minutes can be found in the Teams Channel and SiteDocs
• Hazard Reporting: Due by end of each month
  • Once a month, submit at least 1 hazard ID, incident, accident, or near miss to hazardreporting@raeengineering.ca to demonstrate your commitment to thinking about safety
  • Non-work-related incidents count as well, just indicate that it was not work-related in the subject.
• Safety Rewards Program: Where your commitment to RAE’s Safety Culture is rewarded!

• Peer Recognitions: Due by Company Safety Meeting each month
• 2023 HSE Manual Knowledge Check: testmoz.com/12407464 Due: Tues 28 Feb 2023
  • All RAE Employees are expected to successfully complete the 2023 HSE Manual Knowledge Check by Tues 28 Feb 2023.
  • RAE Contractors will be expected to complete the 2023 Knowledge Check after contract negotiations for the 2023 year
• Client Orientations:
  • With a new year, many clients are updating their orientations. A master list of client orientations made known to RAE Safety are compiled in Acumatica Doc RAE000020-Client Site Requirements and Orientations Tracker which is updated as orientations are made known

• OHS eNews – February 2023 (attached) has been issued with reminders and resources such as:
  • New Industry notices and Updated notices:
    • Change highlights: First Aid (Part 11 in the OHS Code)
    • Incident Reporting and Investigation
    • Health and Safety programs
    • Health and Safety committees and representatives
  • A reminder of upcoming OHS Code changes coming into effect 31 March 2023
  • OHS Legislation Search Tool has replaced the OHS Code Explanation Guide
