- Company Safety Meeting Presentation: deadline: second Friday of each month for the previous month
- If you have not already done so by the deadline, please review the attached Company Safety Meeting on SiteDocs to indicate you have reviewed it. If the deadline has passed – you missed it but are still expected to review and sign-off the presentation in SiteDocs.
- H&S Bulletin: Answer due by 8am last Friday of the month (29 Dec 2023)

- If you can’t join the HSC meetings, you can still participate by providing feedback, questions, or concerns to hsc@raeengineering.ca. Please submit feedback prior to the next meeting so it can be brought forward.

- Effective October 1, 2023, changes to the Gas Safety Regulation regarding internal combustion engines, turbines, and prime movers came into effect.
- DIRECTIVE: Temporary construction and portable heaters
- Last year, we issued a directive to clarify the installation and operational requirements for temporary construction and portable gas fired heaters.
- GAS RECALL: Epic Brand Residential Condensing Boilers, Combi Boilers, and Packaged Systems
- Health Canada has issued a consumer product recall for certain Epic Brand residential condensing boilers, combi boilers, and packaged systems sold by Lochinvar due to risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
- REGULATORY UPDATE: Changes to Contractor Advertising
- Phase two of the Advertising Guidelines is now into effect. What does this mean to you as a contractor? All print advertising of regulated services, such as business cards, quotes, contracts, invoices, letterhead, brochures, print ads or directory listings, must include your TSBC license number.
- Share CO safety tips with your clients and networks, and ensure they know the importance of using licensed contractors for regulated gas work.
