- How to talk to kids about suicide (this tool may be helpful in talking about death in general) https://www.mentalhealthcommission.ca/English/catalyst-may-2021-talking-children-about-suicide
- How to look for Mayday signals in Mental Health (and find yourself on the Mental Health Continuum) https://theworkingmind.ca/continuum-self-check
- Supporting women’s mental health in and out of the workplace https://www.mentalhealthcommission.ca/English/catalyst-may-2021-supporting-womens-mental-health-and-out-workplace
- Mini-guide for women sidelined or taking a step back from the workforce https://www.mentalhealthcommission.ca/sites/default/files/2021-05/Women_sidelined_from_the_workforce_Mini_Guide_eng.pdf
- While created with the specific intention to support women, both of these resources contain helpful information to help support men’s mental health as well.

Whether you are struggling in general or with the stresses of COVID specifically, burdens are easier to bear when you reach out to others to help shoulder the weight
