Please review the applicable HSE Updates.
- Company Safety Meeting Presentation: deadline: two weeks following the Company Safety Meeting
- It is mandatory to review the Company Safety Meeting on SiteDocs and sign-off that you have done so. If the deadline has passed – you missed it but are still expected to review and sign-off the presentation in SiteDocs.
- 2025 Emergency Response Drills: All staff are required to participate/sign-off for their assigned branch(es).
- H&S Bulletin: Answer due by 8am last Friday of the month
- See attached: September 2025 Health and Safety Bulletin
- Health and Safety Committee: Next Meeting: usually Thurs before last Fri of the month
- If you can’t join the HSC meetings, you can still participate by providing feedback, questions, or concerns to hsc@raeengineering.ca. Please submit feedback prior to the next meeting so it can be brought forward.
- The HSC meets the last Thursday of each month at 1pm via Teams

Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC)
- MHCC has issued their latest issue of The Catalyst Magazine | Revue Le Vecteur which includes:

OHS
- OHS has issued their latest OHS eNews – September 2025 which features:
- New and Updated resources available in the OHS Resource Portal including resources just released in Cree, Dene, and Blackfoot as well as updated Occupational health and safety quizzes (eLearning).
- Pneumococcal vaccine available for workers at risk of long-term continuous exposure to metal fumes. Appointments can be booked by calling 811, your nearest public or community health centre, or you can also call your local pharmacy; some offer walk-in immunization services.

- Apprenticeship Day – September 22: Apprenticeship Day is a great opportunity for apprentices and employers to check out Alberta’s OHS resources for Young workers to help support a healthy, safe and successful start to a young or new workers’ career.

Energy Safety Canada (ESC)
- ESC has issued their 2025 ESC Stakeholder Survey to help them better understand workplace safety needs and how they can best contribute. The survey will take 5-7 minutes and you will be entered into a draw to win one of five $100 Amazon gift cards.
