- Company Safety Meeting Presentation: was due Fri 9 July 2021 *part of SRP
- If you have not already done so, please review the attached Company Safety Meeting and Employee training presentation and indicate that you have done so by replying to the email.

- Even if you miss the deadline for meeting attendance, you are still required to review the Employee Safety Training presentation(s) and indicate you have done so.
- July H&S Bulletin: Answer due Fri 30 July 2021 *part of SRP
- Submit your response for the Health and Safety Bulletin for a chance to win $25 and earn Safety Rewards Points
- Health and Safety Committee: Feedback by Fri 30 July 2021*part of SRP
- If you can’t join the HSC meetings, provide feedback for the meeting minutes and/or submit any questions or concerns you want us to bring forward. Please submit feedback prior to the next meeting so it can be brought forward.
- Mandatory PPGs: Stats are gathered at the beginning of each month for the previous month *part of SRP
- Ensure all mandatory PPGs have been reviewed and marked as “Read”. These are mandatory for all staff.
- Hazard Reporting: Due by end of each month *part of SRP
- Once a month, submit at least 1 hazard, incident, accident, or near miss to hazardreporting@raeengineering.ca
- Non-work-related incidents count as well, just indicate that it was not work-related in the subject.
- Peer Recognitions: Due by Company Safety Meeting each month *part of SRP

COVID-19
- Alberta’s Open for Summer Plan:
- Entered Stage 3 as of Thursday 1 July 2021: https://www.alberta.ca/covid-19-public-health-actions.aspx
- Isolation requirements for confirmed cases of COVID-19 and some protective measures in continuing care settings remain.
- All restrictions lifted, including ban on indoor social gatherings.
- The general indoor provincial mask mandate will be lifted, but Municipalities and businesses are free to set masking requirements as they see fit.

- Vaccines: All Albertans ages 12 and older are now eligible to receive their vaccine shot

- Book your second dose 4 weeks after your first dose:
- mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna)
- first dose in March, April, or May – book second dose now
- first dose May 29-31 or June – book second dose 4 weeks after your first dose

- Book your second dose 8 weeks after your first dose of AstraZeneca.

- Pharmacies: https://www.ab.bluecross.ca/news/covid-19-immunization-program-information.php. You can request to be added to the waitlist for a particular pharmacy and they will either contact you when there’s an opening to go in, or let you know there are appointment availabilities so you can book online (I could not find an option to book online through a pharmacy directly)
- AHS: https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/topics/Page17295.aspx. Booking through the online tool is recommended due to the high volume of calls.
- Open for Summer Lottery
- All Alberta residents 18 and older who have had at least one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine can enter to win one of three $1 million prizes.
- You only need to enter once, but must be able to provide proof you have received your: first dose to win the July draw, second dose to win the August and September draws

- CSA Group Survey: Psychological health & safety response during COVID-19
ACSA
- In light of the ongoing findings of remains of residential school children, ACSA would like to extend an offer to educate people regarding residential schools and their lasting impacts on Indigenous communities and Peoples. There is a free course offered through the University of Alberta available to all who are interested in educating themselves.
TriTech Safety
- If anyone in the Grande Prairie area needs an equipment training course recertified, Tri-Tech is having $10 for the month of July.
- NB: There are limited dates available for each course.
